Employment Relations Commission - The Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission plans to promulgate emergency and permanent administrative rules regarding: (1) the calculation of the maximum allowable collectively bargained change in total base wages authorized by 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 and 2011 Wisconsin Act 32 and; (2) how the Commission will coordinate with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue when providing the consumer price index to the State of Wisconsin, municipal employers, and collective bargaining representatives as mandated by said Section 315 of Act 10 and Section 2409br of Act 32.
