Against Report Date 1/1/2011 Comments Provision NR115.09b bans "manufactured homes": this violates the Federal Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000, Wis. case law, discriminates against an important Wis. industry and doesn't provide property owner flexibility as the DNR says. Against Report Date 1/3/2007 Comments Concerned about massive expansion of government regulations pertainting to homes along shorelines. The rule is being expanded from five pages to over thirty pages.
