Medical Examining Board (Med) - Revises section RL 4.08 (1) and creates sub. (2) to authorize the Department of Regulation and Licensing (“DRL”) to require applicants for the Medicine and Surgery license to provide fingerprints and undergo state and federal criminal background checks prior to DRL granting licenses to the applicants.
