Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (Ins) - Reporting requirements for new officers and directors of domestic insurers, providing electronic means of filing a complaint, obtaining insurance forms, and providing CPA work papers, updating/potentially eliminating list of insurance forms; eliminating for all HMOs reporting requirement of Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information (HEDIS) data; increasing minimum charge for OCI’s conducting of insurer examinations, establish a requirement for an internal audit function for large insurers and other technical changes and affecting small business
