Comments
We oppose AB353 as it is an unnecessary provision for employers (WI already allows for discrimination on the basis of "substantially related" job functions) and it will mainly serve to increase recidivism and increase unemployment.

Comments
This legislation allows discrimination against unpardoned felons. We believe employment is critical to rehabilitiation although exceptions may apply if circumstances of the conviction relate to circumstances of the job.
