We as Railroad Workers suffer from the crossing legalization on the railroad right-away. Every 90 minutes in the United States someone is being struck by a locomotive. Has anyone thought about the crew members' mental health afterward?

This Bill corrects a problem that is keeping thousands of public hunting and fishing acres out of the public domaine. There have been NO cases of incidents involving the outdoor public while crossing tracks. contrary to what you have told.

Persons are not allowed to cross interstates unless provisions are made for safe passage because of the speed of traffic, There is frankly no difference with the railroads. Remember, train crews must live with the poor judgement of the trespasser.

Comments
WWA's 6,000 members--and even more waterfowlers who are not members--have a vested interest in the outcome of this bill. Save for the prohibition on crossing tracks, large swaths of otherwise open lands would be available to outdoorsmen.

Comments
This bill is critically important to hunters, anglers and trappers and their use of public lands in Wisconsin
