Relating To: prohibiting certain rules related to defined network plans and preferred provider plans, requiring defined network plans and preferred provider plans to provide certain notices, requiring the commissioner of insurance to publish a guide describing out-of-network coverage for all defined network plans, and other miscellaneous provisions related to preferred provider plans.
