Comments
This mediation/arbitration change would gut Police and Fire Commissions and drive up costs to muncipalities.

Comments
This bill simply allows officers to appeal PFC decisions to an arbitrator, rather than circuit court, and only where agreed to in the collective bargaining agreement. Arbitration would be more timely and cost-effective for taxpayers.
