We oppose AB 4 because it would impede our state's ability to make investments that are critically important for our state's long-term prosperity. We also think the next round of tax cuts should reverse cuts in the EITC and Homestead tax credit.

Comments
Tax cuts should be part of the regular budget process, where changes in revenue can be weighed against funding needs. This bill does not help lower-income taxpayers, who have been hurt by cuts to the EITC and Homestead Credit.
