Private schools receive no money to comply with this new mandate & lack the administrative staff for this time consuming task that will necessarily require deciphering DPI Administrative rules & definitions for "credit loss & recovery," and the like.

We object to the inclusion of private schools (Amendment 2) and the amount of data that is being required in Amendment 3. Amendment 3 is particularly not appropriate for private schools.

WILL supports the effort to require reporting of credit recovery programs by public schools. But private schools do not have the same requirements as public schools, such as alternative education programs, and do not receive state funding.
