The Wisconsin Creditors’ Rights Association (WCRA) is a non-profit corporation whose membership is open to any individual or entity that employs a Wisconsin attorney primarily engaged in the practice of representing creditors. To be eligible for membership, a proposed member must not represent consumers in claims against credit grantors or other related entities.
