The Cooperative (WCTC) is comprised of Wisconsin private specialized transportation provides and their advocates. The organization is dedicated to forming coordinated efforts to improve services for Wisconsin residents who qualify or choose licensed share rides, taxis, specialized medical vehicles, limousines, ambulances, EMS, human service vehicles, common carriers, public transit or any other emerging form of specialized transportation. Through professional coordination of these services the Cooperative will work to reduce costs and improve transportation options for Wisconsin taxpayers.

The organization will advocate in all legislative or administrative matters related to the operation, management, and ownership of private transportation services provided throughout the state. 2018 efforts will include the emergence of transportation networking companies which will be seeking legislation to protect a separate system of operation and regulation for their preferred business model, non emergency medical transportation, related insurance matters, access to jobs, special taxes or fees collected from a variety of agencies and access to health care.
