In Wisconsin we also have authority to independently prescribe medication used within the scope of our practice. We believe the practice of anesthesia is a recognized specialty within both the nursing and medical professions. As a group we are interested in maintaining this setting by Wisconsin rules and regulations in health and health financing, along with insurance and tort reform.
