The Wisconsin Council of Religious and Independent Schools (WCRIS) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization of Wisconsin's private schools since 1974.
Lobbying Interests:
All policies that affect our preK-12 private schools, their students, staff, parents, leadership councils, and sponsoring entities. Issues include, but are not limited to: school issues, student transportation, school safety, education funding, teacher licensure, private school governance, government mandates, government regulations, and higher education.
