For over 105 years, the Wisconsin County Clerks Association (WCCA) has been organized to provide timely and accurate information in order to help improve the operation of the county clerk's office and better serve the public. The WCCA is comprised of the 72 county clerks in Wisconsin, and it promotes excellence in the administration of elections and county government.

Instead of the semi-annual report the organization has submitted a written pledge not to spend more than $500 per year on lobbying.
