Wisconsin Apartment Association (formerly Wisconsin Rental Housing Legislative Council)

Registered Principal Details

Business Or Interest:
Association of Rental housing owners

Lobbying Interests:
We work to influence fair laws for owners of rental property, Self-Storage unit rental owners, mobile home site rental owners, and other similar type rental situations. By fair laws we are concerned with laws that do not overly burden owners of such rental properties with unnecessary or one sided laws to give either owners or our customers (our tenants) unfair advantages. We know that unreasonable laws raise the cost of doing business for rental property owners and thus raise rents for our customers as in any business.
