We advocate based on our values in response to God's command to love our neighbor. We focus on hunger and nutrition programs for children and adults, antipoverty programs and economic justice for low-income individuals and families. We also address the crisis of human trafficking, environmental issues, and immigration.

Policies related to the following: Hunger and poverty - We support fair safety nets programs and policies that diminish hunger. Immigration - We seek policies that welcome the stranger and build up fairness in immigration laws/ Climate change and clean water - We are called to care for God's creation and so support renewable energy and fair environmental regulations. Human trafficking - So far we have focussed on anti-sex trafficking laws and that help prevent trafficking and that direct victims to receiving human services.
