The Cooperative (WCTC) is comprised of Wisconsin private specialized transportation provides and their advocates. The organization is dedicated to forming coordinated efforts to improve services for Wisconsin residents who qualify or choose licensed share rides, taxis, specialized medical vehicles, limousines, ambulances, EMS, human service vehicles, common carriers, public transit or any other emerging form of specialized transportation.
